As an upcoming Nanny/Babysitting staffing agency we go beyond what's on paper to make sure this is the strongest fit for your family. We work one-on-one with our clients and candidates to provide an exclusive experience where both parties are guided throughout the placement process.

All of our candidates are CPR and First Aid certified and must have at least 3-5 years of professional paid experience for the role.

MEET THE FOUNDER:

 

I'm Darlisa Navarro, Founder & CEO. With over 25 years of experience working with children and families, my background spans early childhood education to my roles in Child and Family Protective Services as a Conservatorship Worker and Childcare Investigator. In these positions, I ensured the safety and well-being of children by investigating childcare centers for potential abuse or neglect.

As times change, it's more important than ever for parents to ensure their children—especially those from newborn to age ten—receive high-quality care that supports their growth, development, and secure attachments. A nurturing home environment provides children with a sense of comfort that no other setting can replicate.
